On March 7, under the supervision of Huadu Customs, a branch of Guangzhou Customs, 13 containers of medical isolation masks and medical isolation eye masks were quickly checked and released, and shipped from Huadu Port to Hong Kong by water.

The 972,000 pieces of medical isolation masks and 144,000 pairs of medical isolation eye masks exported this time are produced by Guangzhou Bangshidu Glasses Co., LTD., Huadu, Guangzhou, which is also the largest batch of materials exported by the company since the outbreak of the epidemic in Hong Kong. At present, the company has supplied more than 2 million pieces of medical protective materials to Hong Kong.
In order to fully ensure the smooth export of medical materials for enterprises to Hong Kong, Huadu Customs has formulated special customs clearance protection plans, mastered logistics information such as enterprise shipment plan and shipping schedule in advance, and made targeted preparations for customs supervision, arranged business cadres to keep close contact with enterprises around the clock and guide customs clearance in the whole process to ensure "zero waiting" and "zero delay" for cargo clearance.
“After the supplies to Hong Kong enter the declaration process, customs officers will guide enterprises to make full use of measures such as' declaration in advance 'and' direct shipment upon arrival in Hong Kong 'to prioritize document review, priority inspection, priority release, and immediate release of the supplies to Hong Kong for export, so as to maximize the protection of the first time after the goods arrive in Hong Kong for shipment to Hong Kong." Huadu Customs Huadu port supervision section chief Xu Jiang said. Huadu Customs also actively coordinated with Guangzhou Port Group and Pearl River Transit Shipping Company to prioritize shipping capacity for supplies to Hong Kong in accordance with the principle of "one event, one negotiation", mobilized empty containers from Hong Kong, and supplemented and allocated human resources to improve the efficiency of dock operations.
It is reported that this batch of materials arrived in Hong Kong in the early morning of March 8, and was received by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government and distributed to front-line staff.
